Project Timeline

“Think of today’s economic crisis as a glorious opportunity to shed old habits and activities while effecting positive change and building new strengths that will foster a strong, prosperous future.”  OpXGroup quote, American Chamber Commerce Executive (ACCE) Chamber Executive Magazine Spring 2009 issue

OpXGroup offers a uniquely blended way to garner the most up-front feedback from key stakeholders relevant to the Feasibility Study assessment.  The design of the process elicits qualitative and quantitative feedback which provides richer and more valuable feedback.  OpXGroup has a unique method of capturing the data and reporting both quantitative results and an interpretation of the qualitative results. Study interview questions will be established in conjunction with Chamber leadership based on the primary goals of the Study.  The list of key stakeholders will also be customized in conjunction with the Chamber leadership in support of the most robust feedback.  Once the questions and key stakeholders are identified, OpXGroup will make personal contact via phone with each of them, offering complete anonymity with respect to the specifics of their responses. This process generally takes two to three weeks.  The results of the interview process will be shared with the Planning Committee as appropriate and will form one element to guide the process to its intended goals. The project kick-off began on August 15, 2010 and the Community and Chamber Leader interviews and report should be completed by September 30, 2010.
